Head Housekeeper
Choteau, MT : A beautiful private luxury ranch in Choteau, Montana is seeking a Head Housekeeper to add to their team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness across the residences and facilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of training and supervising staff, and confident in handling fine furnishings, specialty fabrics, and high-value items with discretion and care.

Essential Functions and Duties :
Perform comprehensive cleaning of all residential and ranch buildings, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices, and outdoor spaces; carry out deep-cleaning tasks and seasonal upkeep of dcor, furniture, and fine materialsManage laundry and fabric care for family, guests, and household linens; wash, press, steam, hand-wash delicate fabrics, rotate seasonal linens, and coordinate dry cleaningMaintain household organization and readiness, including stocking supplies, managing cleaning schedules / manuals, and ensuring guest areas are consistently prepared to a high standardSupport household operations by monitoring building conditions, reporting maintenance issues, receiving deliveries, and assisting with events, dinners, and special occasionsSupervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and temporary help; collaborate with management, chefs, and vendors to ensure seamless household operationsProvide housekeeping support at remote ranch locations, including maintaining cabins and assisting with new residential / recreational buildings as neededQualifications :
3-5 years of professional housekeeping experience in large residences, estates, or hotels, with proven leadership and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of modern cleaning techniques, laundry / fabric care, and safe use of specialized equipmentSkilled in handling valuable, delicate, and high-end furnishings with care and discretionProficient with basic computer use for inventory, scheduling, and communicationProfessional, discreet, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesFlexible and dependable with the ability to adjust to changing schedules, travel as needed, and support multiple propertiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background screeningKnowledge of CPR and First Aid (training is provided)Get in touch!
