Job Description / Skills : Location : This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Seattle, WA, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Can work remotely on Monday and Friday. What You’ll Do Our client is looking for a smart, innovative IT professional, ideally with a background in implementing HCM systems, who can help them take their HR systems and processes to the next level. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for partnering with their HR, IT, and System Integrator project team members to design, build, and implement the Talent Management subtrack deliverables of our HCM program that will deliver a world-class digital employee experience. This includes goal setting and performance reviews, succession planning, employee profiles, professional development, and feedback. Responsibilities Engage as the Talent Management IT Subtrack Lead to assist the IT, HR, and System Integrator leads within the program… Gather, define, document, and validate requirements for HR Talent Management processes provided by business stakeholders Design application functionality to meet business requirements Record those requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps (ADO) Support data mapping and validation processes for inbound and outbound HCM data flows Plan, create, document, and conduct system testing and implementation activities, ensuring business requirements and functional specifications are implemented effectively and meet business objectives Lead defect triage during testing cycles, ensuring timely communication and alignment with implementation partners Assist with data conversion activities Develop and maintain rollout criteria for a multi-phased deployment, including the creation of a detailed cutover strategy and go-live readiness assessments Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team with communication, documentation and training for end users Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and knowledge transfer to internal IT, HRIS, and business teams Qualifications Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and asking the right questions Demonstrated expertise translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and comprehensive test cases to support a hybrid agile development lifecycle Demonstrated experience in software testing and IT systems validation including testing tools and frameworks Ability to perform troubleshooting and support, problem solving, root-cause analysis; explain business issues to technical teams and translate technical issues to non-technical audiences Hands-on experience developing end-user documentation, training materials, and job aids tailored to diverse user groups across the organization Team-first professional with proven ability to operate and effectively communicate while under pressure, as well as the ability to manage a diverse workload under time constraints with minimal supervision Ability to quickly learn our client’s culture, processes, practices , and policies to support a unique and successful Talent implementation for the Company Proficient in use of Microsoft Office365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams , and SharePoint Highly Desired Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems (preferably UKG or similar platforms) for large organizations Understanding of and experience with HR Talent Management processes, including Performance Management, Career Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Experience with Azure DevOps and Smartsheet Experience with UKG People Analytics, including dashboard creation, Event Studio notifications, and burst reports Pay Range : $50.00 – $60.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
