Position Summary :

As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting job seekers with available job opportunities through interviewing, recruitment, and job placement. You'll also build relationships with local businesses to secure job openings and ensure successful placements by supporting associates while they're on assignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Make outbound sales calls to generate new client business
• Work closely with local businesses to understand their hiring needs
• Match qualified candidates with available job openings
• Provide support to associates on assignment (check-ins, coaching, attendance tracking)
• Maintain accurate documentation and applicant records
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates

Pay : $18.00 / HR - $20.00 / HR

Schedule : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
