Neonatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Position

Join our dedicated and compassionate team at a well-established healthcare facility located in Brooksville, Florida, a vibrant growing suburb just north of Tampa along Florida's Nature Coast. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or a Neonatal-trained Physician Assistant (PA) to be part of our expanding services. Our facility features a 20-bed Level-III neonatal unit, providing high-quality care with an average daily census of 12-20 and around 1,600 annual deliveries. Enjoy the support of on-site Neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists, as well as a variety of other sub-specialists.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional care to neonates in a 20-bed Level-III NICU environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including Neonatologists and MFM specialists.
• Handle 16-hour shifts, with the potential for 24-hour shifts as the unit grows.
• Maintain effective communication with patients' families, providing education and support.
• Adhere to all hospital guidelines and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance professional growth.
