Job descriptionAddress medium complexity design and user problems with minimal guidance, following established design principles and patterns. Identify and adhere to design templates, style guides, and accessibility standards. Make independent decisions that enhance quality and consistency within a feature or project scope. Proactively identify, define, and communicate issues within the project or product teams, and propose practical or creative solutions. 4+ years in product design or UX. Develop design concepts (e.g., mock-ups, prototypes) to inform product direction, ideation, and user testing. Collaborate regularly with UX, PMs, and engineers to communicate and influence design intent. Iteratively improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input with minimal guidance. Proficient in designing and building prototypes in Figma. Knowledge of Material Design guidelines. Strong visual design skills. Experience in developing design concepts. Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
