Social Worker (LCSW)

This is an On-site & Remote position - 10-20 hours per week

$35 per encounter / 3 encounters per hour

JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibilities will include :

• Counseling

Provide counseling services as needed utilizing evidence based practices

Education and / or Experience : Current California MSW or MFT license required; LCSW strongly preferred.

Language Skills : Ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to teach one-on-one and in group setting. Ability to write coherent and professional policies and procedures.

Mathematical Skills : Ability to perform mathematical operations using units of American money, weight, measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

Current California MSW or MFT license required; LCSW strongly preferred. Maintain CPR certification. Performs continuing education as required for maintaining state licensure.
