Job Description

As a (Senior) Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing multiple high-profile projects, supporting Project Managers, and interfacing directly with clients and brokers. You'll be based in the Boston Seaport office, reporting to a Senior PM, with hybrid flexibility and minimal travel.Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project execution across multiple active sites
• Assist with budget tracking, schedule updates, and invoice processing
• Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders
• Collaborate with PMs and clients to define project scope and requirements
• Leverage tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel for documentation and reporting
• Contribute to tenant improvement projects in Office, Lab, and Industrial spaces
• Travel occasionally (10-15%) along the East Coast for project oversight

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience in construction project engineering
• Background in tenant improvement projects is essential
• Experience with an Owner's Rep firm is a plus; GC backgrounds welcome
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Excel, Word, and Project
