A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to provide exceptional service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience

Offer thoughtful advice to maximize customer value from contact lens purchases

Maintain high performance metrics while delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of customer service experience

Experience in inbound sales and contact center preferred

Reliable internet connection with specified speeds

Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm

Must reside in approved locations : North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
