Driver Recruiter
Job Description
Contact and screen driver applicants from an electronic database
Manage a multi-line phone system for inbound / outbound calls
Interview and qualify candidates for open driver roles
Review MVRs and DAC Reports for disqualifications
Communicate pay packages and company information to candidates
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of recruiting or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Call center experience a plus; open to entry-level candidates
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule : 1 WFH day per week after training (team-determined)
Flexible hours : preferred start between 78 AM, 30-minute lunch, end between 44 : 30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
