What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities as required.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal on site.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.

Assist with access control and visitor management procedures relevant to a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
