Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy around key features and tools, leading execution

Collaborate with product and design partners on feature scopes and timelines

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience

5+ years of software engineering experience

Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Vue, Django, or similar languages and frameworks

Experience with observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)

Experience with AI tools and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
