Senior UX Designer

Why We Have This Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer in Reston, VA to join our passionate team. Our leaders and customers expect us to push the boundaries of enterprise products, envisioning across all platforms to impact the product roadmap and customer goals. This role will focus on our Customer Experience product line.

How You’ll Find Success

• Envision a UX design future 1-2 years ahead, evolving by listening to customers and ideating innovative solutions.
• Identify and address UX issues and opportunities, ensuring they are resolved.
• Lead collaboration with software development, product management, and marketing to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts, iterating based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, seeking professional development opportunities to contribute innovative ideas.
