Job descriptionRun bi‑weekly payroll with precision and compliance. Prepare monthly journal entries; review and validate general ledger activity. Post monthly bank entries and complete bank reconciliations. Reconcile key G / L accounts as part of the month‑end close process. Perform monthly financial statement analysis; communicate insights and variances. Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations. Coordinate year‑end close activities with our external CPA. B.S. in Accounting (accredited) or minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Demonstrated capability in AP, AR, and bank reconciliation. Strong knowledge of month‑end close workflows and general ledger controls. CPA credential preferred or prior experience working closely with a CPA firm.
