Dates of Assignment : As soon as credentialed (90 days) and ongoing

Details of Assignment :

Monday through Friday, 7am start to whenever cases finish (can be 12pm, 3pm, 5pm)

No call, weekends, or holidays

Will be splitting time between GI center and ASC - 3-4 days at GI center, 1-2 at ASC

GI Center consists of GI and endo cases (10-15 / day), ASC is bread & butter cases (2-5 / day)

Oregon license and NBCRNA required

90 days to credential
