Location : Beaver Creek, Grayling, Michigan area. This role supports plant operations and the storeroom, focusing on maintenance planning and inventory management.

What You'll Do / Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, production teams, and engineering to plan corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Create detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs (e.g., PM compliance, backlog, equipment downtime).
• Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data integrity.
