Job descriptionActive insurance license ( Life & Health and / or P&C , depending on focus). 2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience with habitational / commercial property accounts highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital tools. Competitive base salary plus commission / bonus structure. Job Title : Insurance Producer
Location : Remote
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We’re especially interested in producers with a proven history in habitational risks , such as apartment complexes, condos, warehouses, and shopping centers. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options to clients.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
