SUMMARY : Responsible for blood collection procedures, performs clerical duties of the department including daily computer operations, charting of results, answering telephone and maintaining inventory of in-stock supply. Assists with processing send-out tests and pathology specimens.

Required Education / Training : High school diploma

Required Experience : One (1) year phlebotomy, direct patient care, or medical laboratory experience

Preferred Licensure / Certification / Registration : Physician Office Laboratory Technician (POLT); AAB
