Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, delivering individualized, safe, and high-quality patient care. Guided by professional practice standards, evidence-based practice, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, the RN ensures compassionate, patient-centered care while upholding the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. This role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and service excellence while supporting organizational values and shared governance.

Core Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited / approved school of nursing (Diploma or BSN required).

Licensure : Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certifications : Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 180 days of hire.

Experience : Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience required; clinical rotations and completion of required hours through an accredited program accepted.
