Job Summary : Responsible for managing the strategy, pricing, packaging and documenting of new Unified Communication product ideas and conducts user need analyses for ancillary products so that subscriber and financial objectives are achieved. Conducts the budgeting, planning, analysis and monitoring required to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned UCaaS products. Manages ongoing product management of new and existing UCaaS products, including leading E2E feature development and deployment. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Salary : Pay Range : This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $145,615.01 - $218,422.51 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
