JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to ensure exceptional patient experiences. This role involves assisting patients with questions, managing medication refills, coordinating testing, scheduling appointments, and completing documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer patient inquiries about treatments, symptoms, prescriptions, and procedures.
• Coordinate physician-ordered tests, obtain pre-authorizations, and share results.
• Process prescription refills via written, faxed, or electronic ERX.
• Schedule referrals and manage medical records in the EHR.
• Assist in clinic operations, including ophthalmic support, and complete patient paperwork such as FMLA or worker’s compensation forms
