VP Service Release

A company is looking for a VP Service Release.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of new loan boarding files to servicers and oversee the transfer of escrow and principal

Ensure compliance with RESPA guidelines and respond to loan level inquiries and document requests

Coordinate with various teams to resolve loan sale errors and support secondary strategies

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of mortgage servicing experience

Advanced knowledge of mortgage servicing rules and the mortgage industry

Experience with Broad MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform)

Demonstrated experience in servicing functions and managing loan boarding activities

Experience managing onshore and offshore staff
