Responsible for and supporting engineering learning development strategic initiatives and partnering with product development functional teams to support key competency training / learning solutions. Experience Required : 2 years of work experience in the areas of learning and development training and project management or equivalent business experience. Team player with good collaborative decision-making skills with the ability to build and foster strong relationships establish trust and achieve alignment across the organization. Demonstrated presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to adjust message by audience. Demonstrated Project Management Skills and ability to communicate project plans and status using appropriate tools Strong computer skills PowerPoint Excel Word SharePoint OneNote Passion for learning and continuing education Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task Ability to evolve projects from ambiguity to a defined plan

Experience Preferred : Ariba knowledge desirable

Additional Skills & Qualifications : Must have : 2+ years experience in learning & development, training 2+ years project management skills Comfortable hosting and running training meetings Soft skills : Organized, professional, takes initiative, customer oriented Strong MS Office skills, analysis Bachelor's Degree in related field Nice to have : Automotive learning and development Ariba, Sharepoint

Entry Level

The pay range for this position is $26.32 - $29.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
