A company is looking for a Capability Manager - Strategic Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and define capabilities to achieve strategic goals and develop strategic solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into strategic roadmaps and prepare for go-to-market launches
Conduct capability gap analyses and develop strategic plans to enhance product capabilities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in capability management or product management
Hands-on experience in documenting product requirements and breaking down work into capabilities
Experience with capability assessment frameworks and data analysis tools
Knowledge of product development processes and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to align initiatives with business goals
