Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel ICU RN – 12-Hour Nights | 36 hrs / week | Cerner Experience Required Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) & CV Recovery Shift : 3x12-hour Nights | Every Other Weekend | First to Float Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years (No First-Time Travelers) Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (IABP, CRRT, ICP preferred but not required) License : Active California RN License. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive critical care to patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, AMI, ARDS, GI bleed, CABG, TAVR, Impella, vascular and neuro surgeries, and CVAs. Interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms using Spacelabs monitoring (nurses are responsible for their own strips). Administer and manage cardiac / vasoactive drips, sedation, and complex medications. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with intensivists, RTs, and pharmacy teams.
