Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager / Project Director to lead high-impact initiatives focused on hospital patient accounting and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex healthcare system projects—particularly those involving aIDX and oncology or cancer hospital environments. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all phases of the hospital billing and patient accounting program, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, revenue cycle teams, and IT to align business goals and technical execution.
• Drive strategic planning, project governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove barriers to progress through proactive leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for hospital billing processes, oncology workflows, and aIDX system functionality.
• Develop and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and outcome summaries.
