Years of experience REQ : 18 months Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred.

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? Call is approx 9 shifts in a 5 week period

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8 / 10's

Special Requirements : Experience in EP and Vascular preferred. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
