Overview
The Community Liaison is accountable for building and maintaining positive relationships between WPS and the communities it serves to promote the health plan's mission, services, and brand image. Key responsibilities for this part-time position include prioritizing and representing WPS at community events across the state, developing and managing community partnerships, analyzing community needs and sentiment, and supporting community health initiatives.

What you\'ll do in this role
Identify new partners and areas of opportunity to promote the health plan\'s mission, services, and brand image.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and
Assist with the development of innovative strategies and programs that align the health plan\'s goals with community needs, ensuring that both parties benefit from the relationship.
Establish clear goals and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the strategies and tactics being pursued.
Assist with monitoring community trends and feedback, analyzing data from outreach activities, and preparing reports on community relations efforts.
Work with other departments, such as marketing and compliance, to ensure community relations efforts align with organizational goals.
