Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Our beautiful, 87 bed facility located in Dillon Montana, is seeking LPNs to join our team! Building again under new leadership, our sweet building is hoping to recruit candidates with a love for those in need and a willingness to extend the best of themselves to ensure our residents are cared for. You must be licensed as a LPN in the state of Montana or have an LPN / LVN in a compact state.

Wage $34-$40 per hour Dependent on Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Current LPN license in practicing state.

Current BLS / CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient care following established Nurse Practice Act of Montana and policies of the facility.

Medication administration and completion of physician ordered treatments.

Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.

Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.

Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.

Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.

Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Supervision of Nursing Assistants.

Additional responsibilities as determined by facility and / or DNS.
