focused on systems design.

Design, build, and steward EHCEC’s

growth architecture

a system that attracts aligned capital, builds multi-year partnerships, and fuels regional transformation.

Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned to the EHCTX 2035 Plan

Build

capital systems , not pipelines

Protect EHCEC from misaligned money

Partner with the CEO on strategic tradeoffs

2. Corporate Impact Platform™ (Primary Engine)

Own and steward EHCEC’s

single corporate investment product

Build multi-year partnerships across :

executive investment

brand visibility

Eliminate fragmented asks

Design tiered investment pathways

3. Workplace Giving System

Architect a scalable employer-based giving model

Scale to

15+ employers in Year 1

Develop onboarding + campaign playbooks

Remove dependency on personal hustle

Build external leverage systems :

5. Brand & Narrative Stewardship

Provide strategic leadership to the
