Construction Project Coordinator

Overview

Delaware Elevator is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our Field Operations Team along the Eastern Seaboard. From high-rise installs to modernization projects, we're tackling exciting challenges and we need hands-on supervisors who are ready to lead crews, manage progress, and ensure top-tier performance and safety on every site.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3 to 5 installation crews (2-person teams)
• Oversee daily operations, track progress, and report on performance goals
• Attend project planning and progress meetings with general contractors
• Lead daily and weekly safety meetings, including toolbox talks
• Enforce Delaware Elevator and GC safety policies
• Submit accurate timekeeping and payroll documentation via SALUS (digital portal)
• Monitor and coordinate material / tool deliveries and site logistics
• Identify and help process change orders and deficiency reports
• Recognize and reward team members for meeting safety and performance targets
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient job sites
• Handle occasional supply runs to ensure crews stay productive on-site
• Coordinate crew scheduling and coverage in collaboration with operations leadership
