Litigation Attorney – Make the Leap to Plaintiff's Work

Direct Counsel is partnering with a respected and fast-growing Woodland Hills plaintiff firm seeking a Litigation Attorney who's ready for a bigger stage. If you've built your skills in personal injury insurance defense and want to bring that expertise to the plaintiff side—where your advocacy has a direct impact—this is the opportunity to make that jump with full support behind you.

What You'll Be Doing

Step into a busy docket and take charge of 50–60 active plaintiff personal injury cases —supported by a seasoned team and a fully resourced in-office environment.

You will :

• Draft and respond to written discovery with accuracy and strategy
• Take and defend depositions across a range of PI matters
• Prepare cases for trial (first-chair experience welcome but not required)
• Manage your full caseload independently while collaborating closely with partners and paralegals
• Play a pivotal role in shaping case strategy and securing meaningful outcomes for injured clients
