Screens Upon Offer :

• Fingerprint-Based TSA STA : FBI CJIS, TSDS / Interpol, lawful status; unlimited look-back for permanent disqualifiers (e.g., terrorism), 7-year conviction / 5-year release for temporary (e.g., fraud).
• Credit Check : Financial risk assessment, FCRA-compliant vendors (e.g., Equifax).
• SDN List Screening : OFAC Sanctions List Search for sanctioned individuals.
• Ten-Year SSN / DOB Criminal Check : Federal-level (State-level as per State regulations).
• Sex Offender Database Screening : National / state registries (e.g., NSOPW).
• Continuous MVR Checks : Maintain for driving roles.
• Other : Employment history (5 years), drug testing.
