- Dates : Dec 8, 2 on, 1 off
- Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
- Licensure Requirements : ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Hours : 7 : 30 - 4 : 00 with some cases starting sooner
- Scheduled Call : No call or weekends
- Supervision : All CRNA Practice
- Type of cases required : 2500 / year; Mostly ENT and ortho, including spines, also podiatry and cosmetics. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Number of ORs : 2
