HR Shared Services – Data Entry (Part-Time)

Schedule : Monday, Thursday, Friday – 8 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m.

This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data by reviewing, auditing, and processing information within HR systems. Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and verify employee data for accuracy and completeness
- Partner with the HR Shared Services team to ensure timely processing of high-volume transactions
- Perform data entry, system updates, and routine data clean-up projects
- Generate and review reports to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and record maintenance
- Assist with ongoing process improvement and quality control initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company data governance standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry, auditing, or administrative support preferredExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasksStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet weekly deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working within HR systemsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsReliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in an onsite environment
