Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to provide electrical technical support and service to our operations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions while troubleshooting and maintaining systems to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for company projects and operations

Analyze system and process requirements; recommend and apply improvements

Provide hands-on technical support for production, operations, and IT teams

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems, equipment, or software

Prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and specifications

Collaborate across departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering practices, and company policies

Assist in training staff on equipment, systems, and technical processes

Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality

Qualifications

Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Technical Support, or Service Technician work

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics

Proficiency with testing and diagnostic equipment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in a technical support or engineering role preferred
