Job descriptionScan documents and warranty RO reviews. Work on cash balancing reports for the service department. Maintain the aftermarket extended warranty schedule and assisting in the booking of ROs. Filing Assist management and advisors. Other admin duties as assigned. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Previous dealership experience Good computer skills. Confidence in your ability to be successful. Great attitude with high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Self-starter and self-motivated. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
