Are you a quality-driven leader with a strong background in manufacturing? Join our team as a Quality Manager and play a critical role in ensuring excellence across our production processes. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and a deep understanding of industry standards.

About the Role

As our Quality Manager, you'll lead quality assurance efforts across casting, machining, and assembly operations. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and customer teams to uphold rigorous quality standards and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Manage, improve, and maintain the Quality Management System for continued effectiveness and AS9100D compliance.
  • Manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
  • Manage the flow of work through the QC department, including inspection.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, setting high standards for quality performance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and analyze SPC / Cpk data to ensure part compliance and process capability.
  • Drive investigations into quality issues and implement effective root cause and corrective action measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure conformance to form, fit, and function requirements.
  • Oversee mechanical inspections and CMM output reviews, including fixturing evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and military specifications.

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or 10+ years of industry-specific experience with management responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical inspection and interpreting CMM data.
  • Proficiency in applying quality standards and regulatory requirements, including AS9100, NADCAP, and Mil Specs.
  • Proven ability to distill complex requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
