Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process loan files from opening through closing and serve as the primary contact for all parties involved

Assemble necessary loan documents to meet underwriting guidelines and conduct follow-ups with borrowers

Review documents for accuracy, perform data validation, and manage loan pipeline communication

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant work experience

2+ years of mortgage processing experience preferred

Experience with Empower or other mortgage loan applications

Knowledge of mortgage concepts, practices, and Fannie / Freddie guidelines
