Commercial Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a global team providing operational services and oversight

Monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure performance goals are met and identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the change roadmap and prioritize resource allocation for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 7+ years of experience in operational roles and / or project management

Solid experience in operations and business process improvement

Leadership capabilities to engage and develop team members

Financial awareness and analytical capability

Ability to work independently with some level of direction
