This position provides essential project coordination and administrative support to the Community Engagement, Investment and Philanthropy team in a variety of areas, serving as the lynchpin of our team. This person is responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing internal data along with conducting market research relevant to our work. The candidate will be comfortable [and preferably have experience in] with managing quantitative and qualitative data and being able to extrapolate key points from the findings via written / verbal presentations. Additionally, this position will assist with internal programs and LOB initiatives to support the team's strategic goals and manage tools such as YourCause, Agiloft, and Supplier Io. This position will also work with senior members of the team to help provide support for projects both large and small as needs arise, and assist in coordination of CR-related events.

This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000USD to $90,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
