MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

• 3–5 years of Lean / Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment (Aerospace Assembly strongly preferred)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable process improvements

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sitewide Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives across production and support areas

• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies that align with business objectives

• Serve as a change agent—train, mentor, and coach employees in Lean tools, methods, and culture

• Conduct Lean assessments, identify waste, and drive process optimization projects

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to site leadership
