Job Description : Maintenance Technician

Location :  Various locations in Boston, Provincetown and Portland, ME.

Job Type :  Full-time

About the Role :  We are looking for a versatile and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our marinas, restaurants and unique waterfront locations throughout Boston, Provincetown and Portland, based in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of construction trades and the ability to assess and procure materials for various jobs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to work outdoors year-round, and the flexibility to travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance tasks across various construction trades.
• Assess job requirements and procure necessary materials.
• Maintain daily communication with the team to assess and prioritize workload.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Travel as required.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Operate boats as needed (training will be provided).
