What You'll Do

• Credit Policy & Strategy Development : Support the design, testing, and refinement of credit strategies, underwriting rules, and decisioning models across consumer and / or commercial lending portfolios.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Conduct deep-dive analyses on credit performance, borrower behavior, and portfolio trends using SQL and Python.
• Risk Monitoring : Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor credit risk metrics, delinquency, loss rates, and profitability.
• Experimentation & Testing : Partner with product and operations teams to execute A / B tests and measure the impact of new credit policies, marketing strategies, or borrower segments.
• Model Support : Collaborate with data science teams to integrate new risk models and ensure alignment with credit policy and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, risk committees, and cross-functional teams.
• Process Automation : Build automated workflows and analytical tools to improve efficiency in reporting and decision-making.
