Title : Lab Technician

Pay Rate : $18-23
Position Summary
This role involves performing tasks in an R&D laboratory environment, including sample preparation, physical testing, and chemical analysis of rubber materials. Responsibilities include operating specialized instrumentation, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The position requires knowledge of laboratory testing tools and techniques, acquired through education or equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, and team-focused, with the ability to complete tasks independently while supporting internal customers.
