Join We Are BMF the award-winning global creative marketing agency as a Data Entry Associate in a fully remote this remote position you will support both remote and on-site teams through accurate data input management and reporting. This remote role allows you to work from your home office while integrating into our remote workflows collaborating with remote colleagues and serving remote stakeholders across multiple campaigns. Your contributions will build the backbone of our remote data operations and ensure that remote teams have reliable information to execute high-impact creative work.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data from various sources into company systems from your remote workspace ensuring accuracy and timeliness for remote projects.
Verify data for correctness consistency and completeness across remote databases and remote spreadsheets supporting remote team workflows.
Maintain remote documentation and filing systems that remote staff and on-site teams can access ensuring remote continuity of operations.
Collaborate virtually with remote account teams remote operations staff and on-site project managers to clarify data inputs and deliverables in a remote environment.
Generate basic reports remote summaries and dashboards to support remote review and decision-making by remote leadership.
Identify errors or missing information in remote data collections document them and implement remote-friendly corrections or improvements.
Uphold data security and confidentiality in the remote setting following remote access protocols version control and archival procedures.
Support the continuous improvement of remote workflows; propose and help implement tools or processes designed specifically to optimize remote team productivity.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certificate in business administration data management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in data entry administrative support or related roles; remote experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software and database systems; comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with remote teams.
Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently from a remote workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace free from distractions; ability to work remotely and maintain productivity.

Required Skills :
