Job descriptionIn this role, the HVAC Field Service Supervisor will lead a Service Team of around 10 people who are responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings. The HVAC Field Service Supervisor will be a technical resource, ride with technicians, handle quality control, and take care of any high-level jobs, as needed. Qualifications for this role include at least 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with some experience in leadership. Candidates should have a strong in-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, and the ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and control circuits. Must have excellent leadership, customer service and general leadership skills. Compensation for this position will include a base salary in the 45.00 - 60.00 / hour range, as well as quarterly bonus opportunity. Also included will be a company vehicle and gas card.
