Retention Scholarship Program Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary)

General Summary of Position :

The Retention Scholarship Program Coordinator position, reporting to the Senior Associate Director Financial Aid and Scholarships, manages retention scholarship program matters.

Major responsibilities :

• Administrative : Manage incoming applications; coordinating the scholarship committee for application review; coordinate with IT staff on application updates; and assist scholarship team with administrative tasks throughout the financial aid cycle.
• Communication : Provide program information to students, university staff, and external constituents; management of all Salesforce communications and cases; counsel students on financial aid status and assist in creating financial plans.
• Reporting : Working closely with Offices of Advancement, Student Support Services and Academic Advising to maintain detailed program records used to create and present annual program reports.

Additional Considerations :

This position is contingent upon funding. This is a private foundation funded, temporary position. Position funding time frame is 2025-2027. Continued employment is contingent upon renewed funding.
