• Licenses : Active Illinois license required
• Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Orthopedics
• DEA : Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications : Pediatric orthopedic fellowship training DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 24 / 7 call coverage for one week per month
• Perform surgical procedures in the OR
• Conduct clinic consultations and patient care during weekdays
• Manage pediatric orthopedic cases including trauma
• Collaborate with physician assistant for weekday OR and clinical support
