Primary Care Physician

Compensation : $250K Base Salary + Bonus + Partnership Track

Position Highlights

Compensation : $250K base salary

Bonus : Up to $20K in year one, increasing with partnership

Partnership Track : No buy-in; typically achieved in months (65% reach partnership within one year; partners earn $300K+)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM (last patient at 4 : 15 PM)

Patient Volume : Average 18 patients per day

Panel Size : Max 450 patients

Model : 100% outpatient, value-based care

Team Support : Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

Patient Population : Seniors managing 3 5 chronic conditions

Work / Life Balance : No nights or weekends; built-in administrative time
