Job Summary :

As a Procurement Analyst you will play a key role in managing our companys Procurement processes. You will be responsible for supporting procurement strategy for assigned areas performing supplier market and cost analysis to drive efficiencies and creating presentations and materials to visualize your analysis. As part of the Procurement team you will support seasoned Procurement professionals in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency reduce costs and ensure the highest quality of professional arrangements and goods / services for our organization.

Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis : Analyze procurement data to identify trends assess supplier performance and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential market create requests for proposals identify evaluate and select suppliers negotiate favorable terms.
• Cost Analysis : Conduct thorough cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for reducing expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Supplier Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers / partners negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing quality and service levels.
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and streamline procurement processes to increase efficiency reduce lead times and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Collaboration : Develop strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from the field and Home Office (ex : finance operations and legal) to align strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Project Management : Ability to build and maintain a project plan track deliverables on timeline and follow up as needed adjust plans based on evolving situations and competing priorities.
• Visualizing Information : Effectively build materials to share insights with various stakeholders synthesize data analysis into compelling visual representations draft presentations with narrative and quantitative information.
